Slit Mesh

Our slit mesh is a key offering in our advanced processing line, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. At Milesen, we take pride in the precision of our wire cloth slitting process. Our custom slitting machines can handle rolls up to 60 inches wide, with the ability to slit down to coils as narrow as 1 inch, maintaining a tight tolerance of +/- 0.5mm. This flexibility allows customers to order mesh in various widths and lengths tailored to their needs. Available materials include stainless steel, galvanized steel, epoxy-coated iron, aluminum, and copper.

Extruder Screen

Constructed from high-quality woven mesh, perforated mesh, and welded mesh, our extruder screens are available in stainless steel grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317L, 904L, as well as Monel and Hastelloy. These screens offer outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, wear, and distortion. They are effective in filtering liquids and particles ranging from 5 to 500 microns, and can be reused after cleaning. Options include single or multi-layer configurations, with shapes such as square, rectangular, column, or straw hat.

Rimed Filters

Our rimed filters are made from woven mesh, fiber sintered felt, and multi-layer sintered mesh, utilizing stainless steel and other high-grade materials like Monel and Hastelloy. These filters can be configured in multiple layers, rimmed or unrimmed, and come in a variety of shapes including rectangular, oval, and circular. They are particularly suited for filtering molten liquids in industries such as fiber, textile, non-woven fabric, and plastics.

Mesh Fabrication

Milesen specializes in fabricating wire mesh products from a wide range of materials and weave patterns. We offer precision cutting and punching services to create mesh pieces in square, rectangular, round, or custom shapes. Our deep processing expertise allows us to produce mesh slits and discs with highly accurate tolerances down to ±0.1mm.

Custom Mesh Solutions
